This California Privacy Notice ("Notice") supplements the information contained in the Privacy Policy of Rocketship Financial Corporation ("we," "us," or "our") and applies solely to residents of the State of California ("consumers" or "you"). We adopt this Notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA), and other applicable California privacy laws.   • Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity: Browsing history, search history, and information regarding a consumer's interaction with our website or advertisements.
  • Geolocation Data: Physical location or movements.
  • Professional or Employment-Related Information: Current or past employment history or performance evaluations.
  • Inferences: Inferences drawn from any of the above to create a profile about a consumer reflecting preferences, characteristics, or behavior.

We do not collect sensitive personal information, such as precise geolocation data, racial or ethnic origins, religious beliefs, or biometric data, unless required for specific services and with your consent.

2. Sources of Personal Information

We obtain the categories of personal information listed above from the following sources:

  • Directly from you: When you provide information through our website, forms, or communications with us.
  • Indirectly from you: Through automated technologies, such as cookies, when you interact with our website.

  • Right to Opt-Out of Sales or Sharing: We do not sell or share your personal information, so this right does not apply.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request. You may only make a request to know or delete twice within a 12-month period. We will respond to your request within 45 days, or as extended by an additional 45 days if necessary, after proper verification.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When determining retention periods, we consider the nature of the information, the purposes for which it was collected, and applicable legal requirements.

We reserve the right to amend this Notice at our discretion and at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Notice and post the updated Notice on our website. Your continued use of our website or services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
